1，不加急的申请一向都比较慢

Yes, I am using premium service. But my lawyer says they are

so it's nothing to the "H1B transfer" process
your H1B application is not even submitted..
if you count all the application material preparation into your "H1B
transfer case"
it will be even slower.. hehe

lca和h1b不一样呀。lca下来才能开始h1b申请。

I didn't know H1b transfer requires LCA before.

That's right. I was so surprised when my lawyer told me
