今天早上check e-mail and see the approve notice. I just couldn’t believe it
until now. I and my huband had to read the e-mail and uscis online couple
times and make sure it is real.
My NIW(diy) was approved in June, 2011. One person (his ID is ricelitte)
asked my information about NIW and said I can apply EB1. I would like to
thank him/her very very much! I asked my boss to support my EB1B in July. My
boss is very nice and wants to support me. However, our international
center would not want to do it because our school is a very prestigious
private school and only sponsor faculty member.
On Aug, 我想我已经prepared all the material. Why not try EB1A? My husband
laughed at me 瞎猫碰死老鼠. I mailed out my package. Unfortunately, on Sep
17, I got my package back because I wrote the check $580 as $508. I was so
upset and told my husband that I will not mail it out since there is no way
will be approved. Thanks my husband, he said might瞎猫碰死老鼠 也许碰上了。I
mailed out PP last Friday. They received on Tue. And assigned to IO on wed.
It was approved on Friday.
我想来讲讲我的感想:
1.信心. You have to believe yourself. You can do it. If you try, you will
have 50% chance.
2.Good strategy:
A.I didn’t claim anything and wrote everything in one piece. I only wrote
two sentences about review papers.
B.I didn’t mention anything about degree since I don’t have PHD.
C.I mention my citations many times because this is the only good thing
about me
D.Only talk about how other people use my research results to get better
results.
E.My school (top 10) evaluates me as an excellent employee. This helped I
think
F.Don’t separate your publications. I put everything under publications
(4 papers+2 book chapters+three conferece abstracts). It looks like I have 9
publications
G.I only wrote 9 pages (1.5 space) of PL. Very simple but very focused.
H.I followed template of friend who hired 张哲瑞. I really liked it.
I.total package about 200 pages.
J.Come to the mitbbs everyday at least 10 times and watch when it is a good
time to do PP.
I personally think I did really good job on writing PL. After I submit my PP
, I read my PL everyday once in the morning after I got up. After I read, I
smiled and said to my self that it is so good and it will be approved.
I am a lawyer for my husband once (EB1A) not know results yet and myself
twice (NIW and EB1A). I have worked so hard for these cases. I finally got
it!

感觉这是生理上基本ready但是心理上不ready，别着急
如果上daycare，可以让他看到别的小盆友都用potty了，造成peer pressure，让dayca
re老师也帮着一起
如果在家，可以看一些potty training的书和儿童节目，每天唐大孩子应该用potty，小
baby才用尿布之类的，促进他心理上的ready程度

之类的，唐了几个月之后，夏天的时候，三天就顺理成章脱掉尿布了，当然我知道女娃

我觉得是他们有时候也分不清是要拉还是要尿。我家的现在都三岁半了，直到最近，
也有时候分不清。说是要PEE，结果站到马桶前一会儿没动静，才改口说是要拉，赶
快拿小马桶圈。。。女孩还好了，不管拉还是尿都是坐马桶，男孩尿尿要站着，如
果搞错了坐在马桶上，肯定是尿一地 和/或一身。

分享一个实用经验,给娃准备他最喜欢的饮料,看着他10分钟内全部喝完,40分钟以后领到
厕所,拉出来为止,其实就是培养孩子知道自己想要尿的时候的感觉.

站着尿好了，我儿子声称坐着尿不出来，我用potty里面那个小盆给接，有时候顺手抓
个空水瓶，更方便。
现在竟然也会坐着尿了，昨天还第一次用potty大了臭臭，我简直老泪纵横啦。

娃每周去2次幼儿园，有的小朋友已经去Potty了，但是有的小朋友还是在用尿片，专门
给他看过potty training 的DVD，他嘴上说小朋友去potty了，可是和他说虎子也应该
和小朋友一样pee和poo都应该去厕所，人家小爷回答的很简短No，让我无话可说。

我家2岁半的时候4天train好的。就是头两天不给尿片，由他尿。多尿几次他就知道怎
么回事了，然后你也知道他多久尿一次，然后第三天有意识提醒他尿，到第四天他就知
道自己叫你尿了。之后的一段时间还要提醒着点，娃偶尔还是会忘。

有个问题不是很明白，训练娃pee的时候是不是就不要穿裤子，直接让他尿吗？这大冬
天的还是有点小冷啊，我现在给他穿那种Pull up的尿片，就是为了以后穿内裤打基础
，不知道有用没用。
看着各位都把自己家的娃训练出来，我真的是好羡慕啊！啥时候我家娃也能自己去厕所
啊。人家小爷现在是poo完叫老妈给他换尿片，啥时候他poo之前叫我啊！

我家娃别的都会就是不肯自己叫，并且拉在裤子上湿湿的也不在意，真是不知道为什么
。话说她晚上不肯睡觉的时候总是用这个借口，说要尿尿，而且往往也尿了，说明她是
知道的，可是就是白天不肯叫。头疼啊。

穿小内裤加外裤，像正常的一样，所以你需要备个至少半打乃至一打内裤，湿了就换新
的。确实夏天穿得少好训练一点。

我们是按在上面，给她边放电视边做potty，电视里就反复讲potty training的事情。
另外，她上厕所的时候，陪着她上。把potty放在厕所里，妈妈坐大的，她坐小的，总
之就是各种方法，不停的唐，她不反感就行。夏天的时候train，让她尿吧，反正
accident肯定是有的，别着急，慢慢来，勤换，勤洗，当妈就没有闲着的时候，想通了
，也就不觉得麻烦了。哈哈。

如果在家里training，在daycare也得让老师一起合作，同时training
我觉得pull up不好，棉质的training pants比较好，能吸一些水，但是又更像普通内裤
的感觉，target就有卖的

MM们的回复让我又学习了很多知识，看来以往我有些急了，要培养自己的耐心。现在开
始慢慢的培养他有potty的意识，每天都让他坐几次，等天气稍微暖和就真的要行动了
，要不天天给他换臭dipper，熏的我头都大了。

借mm的楼也问一个。我儿子也差不多大，基本上pee没问题了，就是poo怎么也训不出来
。以前带尿布时很规律上午一次下午一次，结果训了一阵，不但没训出来，便便也不规
律了。请教有经验的mm们，到底要怎么训便便呢?谢谢

我也借楼问一个。我家宝从一岁回国开始，在peer的强大压力下开始被姥姥训练坐盆，
大便基本都定时坐盆，所以基本没啥事故。小便事故频频，总是尿了才告诉我，回来后
因为是冬天，我就换回了纸尿裤。现在每天尿尿都在尿裤里，大大都在便盆里。娃21个
月，能听懂很多话，但每次换尿裤总是特别抗拒，要好说待歹说才行。夏天娃满2岁，
开始训尿尿有了大便的经历，会不会容易些呢？
