我的I-140是去年12月29号递到TSC的，concurrent with 485. 二月下旬我和LD的工卡
回美证都收到了。我前后几十个I-140批的形势不错。见我的统计贴。

我这个从post decision activity状态变到decision 只用了一个小时。貌似很快。前
面有帖子说过几天才变的。
用的是公司律师，沟通比较顺畅，一开始律师想claim award和media report,被我断然
拒绝，律师从善如流,最后claim了老三样。据说给我公司办EB1B只失手过一次。
这几个月天天泡在版上，得到过不少人的帮助。 Bless all!

背景（我就不说是若背景了，只是感觉版上报批的大多数都比我强）：
chemical engineering major(work in an international pharmaceutical
company as a scientist), NIW去年9月中旬的PD，十月底批了。
7 papers (6 1st authors) on top chemical engineering and pharmaceutical
sciences journals (All IF < 4，这两个专业的paper都是这么个水平，提供了SJR
journal report, 按H index排名，所有的journal都是 in top 5)
9 conference presentations (part of them are first authors,只提供了会议
program book的首页，和有我的talk那页highlight)
40 independent citations from 12 countries, 5 continent, 没做著名的油灯图（
这个我觉得是我的是硬伤，昨天还在问怎么证明自己的领域小准备RFE response）,交
的时候提供了一个前段时间某位大虾推荐的化学化工faculty 的文章和引用数比了下，
结果发现我比top 2 program的faculty还强一点点。不知道其没起作用。死马当活马医
的。需要的找我要。
3 patent applications,据说这个不是很管用
60+ reviews for 8 top chemical engineering and pharmaceutical science
journals，提供了invitation email 和 thank you email,没有 editor的证明信。提
供了 2010 top reviewer reward letter from Elsevier 和一封来自publisher的
email证明我是 top 20 reviewer out of more than 4000。也没说是什么criteria,我
估计是数量
7 reference letters (6 independent): 1UK, 1 Australia, 1 Austria, 1
Germany,
1 Canada 院士， 1 US government, 1 VP from old company.
1 invited book review, published
No major awards, no real media report
