不过这个问题也是太广了一点。象老汉这种科学派，肯定给你说没事儿。而“人云亦云
”派的，肯定会说买不得，问题多多。其实，老汉从自己利益出发，也该说不好，如果
大家都信服了modular，以后买房很可能都不在乎房屋新旧，维护好坏，光是图个地。
买来之后扒倒重建，因为modular的造价太便宜了。

做完inspection, 才知道是modular house,可是之前agent都没提醒我们，还说listing
上面没写，可是明明我在realtor.com上面都看见人写了，现在要决定是要呢还是不要
呢？关健也不便宜，差不多500k了。

一页至少看过的。
别人回答问题也是要花功夫的，很多答案都是别人摔跤摔到的经验，别把BBS当字典和
百科全书。

你太深奥了，太有才了，问个问题还要问出艺术来，按你这个要求，估计没几个人符合

当时我提问的时候比较匆忙，没有时间写详细。如果某些人正常地提出来说能不能说详
细一些，我会很欣然接受。

I did some research on modular home and I believe modular building will be
the future of home construction because of labor cost and constant QC.
Quality of the house is more determined by finish. Modular building is
entering the high-end market too, and someone in my neiborhood just built a
9000-sqft modular mansion. If I build my own house in the future, I will
choose modular.

谢谢！但好像有些银行不贷这种房子，而且即使一些大点的银行贷，利率也高一些。且
