自己睡一个屋，最近学会了自己下床。早上很早就醒了，跑到我们屋来玩。好几天都是
6点半醒的，今天6点就醒了。大家有什么方法让宝宝再多睡一会吗？
晚上9点上床，一点没有要睡觉的样子，要哄半天才睡着。
