我得到的offer是每个月减10刀，持续一年
另外某些feature的费用减免了，好像一个月还能省30刀左右
我的是几个人的shared plan

是一年合同，但是好像是在现有合同基础上替换而非叠加。具体问客服。

Thanks. Saved $10 per month by switching to a lower plan that's not

马上把第一个月的credit apply到账户，还是要等到下个账单出来？我这个月的账单出
来一周了，还没付，期望马上给减掉50刀，但挂了电话半小时还没看到，以前argue别
的给credit都是立马显示出来。

没问题的，你就直接说要关，耐心等他们问你为什么，再摆理由，不用想太多，直接打
就是了。很多我们担心的，都不会发生。

汇报一下，给了100刀credit，分四个月给。每个月30刀的message减到20刀，lifetime
有效。700分钟的plan换到了550分钟，省了20刀，lifetime有效。
