Just to be prudent, here is what I would do if it were me: I would choose
the track that shows my PD being Concurrent under both A and B chart,
whether B chart is honored or not.
The reason for that is, lots of VO got the wrong training and they were told
that people should only follow B chart instead of A chart to submit 485.
This is total BS.
If your PD is old enough to mee the above for both tracks, then go with the
one 140 that is already approved. If both are approved, well, well, whatever
you want to do. But make sure you know what track you are on right now.

你的2015.3.17 PD，肯定来自于一个已有的140
这个140是eb2，就交eb2 485
这个140是eb3，就交eb3 485
你只需要交485，不需要再交140

换过工作，新的perm 批了， 140还没交。不能用老140吧？
所以现在新公司可以给同时交 140+485

我只有老的140， 新工作的perm刚批。现在可以140+485一起交。问题是不知道交哪个
比较好。

哈哈哈哈,搞了一圈大家没搞明白楼主状态.
如果是我,我会选交eb2 140+485,然后过一个月把140PP了, 再看两个月排期走势而决定
要不要再搞一个eb3的140.(如果eb3比较快,就搞一个,如果eb2页差不多,就再看看,谋而
后动)

你可真够坑的哈哈，一开始根本没写清楚状态啊。
都current的情况下，我推荐EB2，因为降级容易升级难
