按照松下自己的说法，这不是能照像的手机，而是能通话的照相机
所以，这根本不是我说的手机

说明你对照相机一知半解. :-)
Actually, with current technologies, it shouldn’t be too difficult to stuff
a larger image sensor, such as 1” image sensor, into a normal cellphone
body (and 能放进裤兜). The issue / problem is not the image sensor itself,
rather the matching workable lens for that sensor. In general, the larger
the image sensor, the bigger the lens. And this is dictated by the laws of
physics and optics.
Just look Panasonic Lumix DMC-CM1 (and Nokia 808 PureView as well for that
matter), the predominate part is the lens. Even for iPhones, from iPhone 5
to iPhone 6, the image sensor changes / enlarges from 1/3.2” to 1/3”, and
the lens on iPhone 6 has to stick out.
So, your question may or should be the other way around: if someone can
develop a mini portable P & S camera that 能放进裤兜, like a cellphone, with
a 1” image sensor, plus the communication capabilities (phone, Wi-Fi, GPS,
and etc.), then ...
But personally, I’m not sure that will happen, again, because of the limits
of laws of physics and optics. And it will be inherently expensive,
pricewise, since a large image sensor with a big lens is already a costly
proposition, not to mention throwing in phone chip / modem, GPS, and so on.
