很多公司病假都是unpaid leave, 只是会保留你的职位for reasonable amount of
time.

if you bought short term leave insurance, then you would get paid by amount
defined in that insurance policy.
If no insurance, you should be treated like a part time employee and get
paid by hours you worked.
I think the company treated you very fairly. You should not complain about
