借地方问一下，二型糖尿病长期吃药控制会伤肾么？如果改打胰岛素，有什么好或者坏

糖尿病不管一行二型都会伤肾，不是吃药的原因。
要吃ace inhibitor or angiotensin receptor blocker保护肾。
打胰岛素：坏处是每天扎针，好处是稳定控制血糖，减低complication发病，现在用的

你的意思是，糖尿病的一个表现症状就是肾功能损伤，是这样的么？
方便解释一下大概的原因么？我也好跟家里老人解释一下。
