1. how to debug a process running in the background under unix?
2. you want to use some library to compile your file, but you can not link
it,why?
3. when you prefer binary search tree to hash table?

1. bring to front, write log file, crash dump, gdb attach.
2. don't understand exactly what does this problem mean
3. less space, seek for range, enumerate in order, high locality in some
special cases. what else?

i guess the second question is related to name mangling differences in c and
c++

ok i c. That's not just between c and c++, c++ code with c++ code could also
have this name decoration problem.
