经常看到面试的问题可以用bitmap来解决？
谁能说说Bitmap 是什么东西？是个特殊的数据结构吗？如何用？什么时候用？是STL的

我试图传真到Vermont Service Center to expedite my OPT. But the fax no. doesn't work.
Then I mailed the letter which explains the emergency to expedite my OPT with my potential employer's letter. I mailed it on Monday with a first class stamp and received an E-mail on Friday which said my OPT card was ordered.
So as long as you have enough evidence and reasons to expedite the application. Mailing all those documents and letter is an alternative way to expedite the process.
By the way, I found a website

in STL, it's called bitset. you can just think of it as a vector,
which can be used to keep track of on/off of a set of "things"
which can be used to keep track of on/off of a set of "things"
