首先声明，本人还没有完成这个transfer,准备这周去办。想借用这个地方确认一下表
格填的是否正确，并且随时报道transfer的最后进展。恳请各位指正，万分感谢。
背景：寄钱给父亲，工行四川分行的帐户，好像在北美没有单独帐户，就通过工总转了。
WAMU的Customer Wire Transfer Application Form:
1. Your WAMU account number:
My free checking account #
2. Type of Currency:
USD
3. Ammount of wire:
$xxxx
4. Beneficiary name:
Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC)
提问：这里不是填我父亲的名字，对不对？
5. Bneficiary address:
4th Floor, 11 Penn Plaza, New York, NY 10001
提问：这里不是填工行在中国的地址，对不对？
6. Account number to be credited at receiving

When I compile using g++, it does not report any errors, but no target is
generated either.
When I ran the following command in my Mac, it compiles and everything is
good:
g++ -O3 -L/usr/local/lib -L/gpfs/fs4/home/lcgonzal/boost/lib -L../../../ -I
../../.. -I/gpfs/fs4/home/lcgonzal/boost/include test_ctf.cpp -o bin/test_
ctf -lgonzal
But the same command does not generate the bin/test_ctf executable at all in
linux.
When I put the -v option like this:
g++ -O3 -L/usr/local/lib -L/gpfs/fs4/home

This line says your problem:
ignoring nonexistent directory "/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-redhat-linux/4.1.2/../..
/../../x86_64-redhat-linux/include"
and it tried to look for your include files and failed.
