第一次用ubuntu是6.06，一点过热问题都没有。后来到了8.04 和8.10, 我的T60p 热的
不行，用CPU scale 后把2GHz CPU 当1G 用，才好了些，还是非常非常热。
用了9.04 版的虫虫们说说有没有改进？

即使不声明为static，无论建立多少个instances,class function始终只keep一个copy。
既然这样，请问为什么只有被声明为static function 才能 be called without an
instance of the class.

I used my T60 with hardy and intrepid, never had overheat problem...

不是static的函数调用的时候系统自己给牵头加上一个this指针作为第一个参数
如果没有instance，哪儿来得this指针啦
不是static的函数可以修改instance自己的私有变量啊，虽然只有一个，但是从哪里调
用还是有区别的
copy。

偶Z61t用hardy也没有任何问题

过热倒是没有，但9.04风扇的声音好像比8.04的要大些

I'd see if that is the cause of it.

8.10 以后不用手工改 xorg.conf 了, 都是自动的
