A retail management company near O'Hare airport is seeking an Accounting
Assistant. This is an entry level position. Related working experience is

Job Title: Accounting Assistant
Major Duties:
1. Bookkeep daily business transactions;
2. Prepare paychecks for 40+ employees;
3. Audit timecards of all hourly employees;
4. Prepare and file payroll taxes and sales taxes;
5. Reconcile daily records with bank statements;
6. Assist professional accountant to file annual business income taxes;
7. Create financial statements at both company and store level;
8. Coordinate with managers to analyze financial data;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or related areas;
2. Proficient with Quickbooks and related accounting software;
3. Excellent communication skills in English.

招到合适的人，其实是匹配到适合公司发展情况的人才，然后互相利益博弈到双方都接
受的点。。匹配对人还是比较容易的，对公司来讲人越稳重越有才对公司越有好处。。
按理讲，只要会聊并且给准定位，没有什么人才是拿不下的。。可是双方要达到利益平
衡就难了，对面试官和应聘者而言都是考验，一个担心给不了恰到合适的条件让人长久
工作，一个担心无法保障自己应有的利益。这中间过程不再是事理还有人心的问题。
这种事情真的是要看互相的心理素质以及背后的支撑，小公司做人力资源专员，很多条
件好的应聘者跟他们沟通心里都做不到稳固。因为还是比较怕对方对公司的情况不满意
而引起矛盾或者其它情况，而且自己心里确实也惋惜纠结，一边是发自己工资的老板，
一边又是职业道德需要为他人的职业规划负责，不好做啊。
