I am on F1 visa for 5 years. Will I become resident alien automatically ?
Does anyone know which status got more money back, Nonresident Alien or
Resident Alien?
Will the US-China treaty still apply ?

比较合理的应该在2007.1左右.
根据三月的CUTOFF DATA,EB2IC还有17400.既是在7月之前,CUTOFF 估计在16000左右.
另外不认为今年的OS会比去年的多
1.没有FB的OS
2.虽然140批的慢了,但是PERM明显快了.尤其是2010.12-2011.3.
3.经济不明朗,EB2ROW的用PP拿140 (GC)的多了
4.EB2IC停滞不前,EB1IC上的人多了.
5.EB3IC转EB2的.比较EB2IC的变化就知道,这部分人相当于让EB2IC每月的配额减少一半
.全年差不多多有3000-5000之间(没有确切数据)
所以15000左右的SO是比较合理的.也就是PD在10.1的时候到达2007.1左右.
注:2010菜年度EB2I=19,961, EB2C=6,505

现在天气已经这么热了，买来扦插应该没问题了。可是怎么还没得卖呢？

很简单，老的linux不再support了，比如pidgin,你要用fedora 12,13,14的话早不
support了，最近msn改了 protocol, 你用老版的pidgin发离线消息，对方都收不到了。
对linux社区来说，用linux就是对linux的最大支持，你们要明白人就是用mac也多花不
了多少钱，连complain这点力气都省了，就像医生一样，要大家都不生病，还要你医生
做啥？土鳖就是不明白。

my impression is that it provides something similar to beans in java Spring,
so that other users can just grab your beans from your package.
but then it brings me to the very question of the point of using Spring
beans: why can't we simply use a factory class ? in fact in Spring
annotation-based configuration, you have something like :
@Bean(name="mybeanName")
MyBeanClass getMyBean() {
return ...
}
this is exactly a factory class , as we use them before Spring. the only
extra is adding this bean name associated with the factory method. such a
name only provides a syntactic sugar vs forcing the user code writer to
remember the factory class and method.
coming back to python,
instead of "load_entry_points('entry_name_id')" I could simply do
obj = namespace.package.Class.createObj('entry_name_id')
or am I missing something?

When did u arrive in US as F-1?
If you arrived before Jan.1, 2006, you are resident for 2010 tax year.
If u arrived later than Jan.1, 2006, you are NR.
US-CHina treaty still valid as long as you are F-1 continuouly.

resident拿回来的钱多,treaty对resident仍然适用.
