一直不知道，过去都是在国内吃熟的，那种蒸蛋做法吃了几次觉得不好吃

本人没有在美国上学经历，之前只有b1/b2来米国玩过。去年h1b在美国开始工作（公司

知道f1的身份会有上述的treaty可以享受。不知道我这样直接h1b过来公司工作的中国
公民是否能qualify? 身边有一个人这样做了，而且成了。不过看article 20，好像是
不行。 想问这里的达人，这样情形是怎么操作？
