大部分人都把一月当作一个崭新的开始，而你不是，它不仅仅是新年，也是生日，这让
它加倍的让人振奋。魔羯们喜欢给他们的生命赋予形式目标和结构，你们喜欢为将来
描绘蓝图，可是在过去的两年里，部分由于蚀的作用，你们经历了太多的曲折以至于都
不太肯定规划究竟是不是可能的。回答是：是可能的！
亲爱的小羯羯们，你们的确经历了不寻常的事情。这些在2009年7月到2011年7月间每6
个月就成对出现一次的蚀终于过去了。它们的职责在于测试你生活中的方方面面是不是

别人已经创建好了 aws python环境了。
我在上面运行东西需要安装额外的库。
我不想破坏他的这些设置，是不是我只需要自己create新的 env 然后在新的env下面
安装其他的包就行了？
目的就是不破坏他现有的各种环境。这样搞对不对？

Most people think of January as the time for a fresh start, but for you, it'
s not only the New Year, but also birthday time, making this a doubly
exciting important time. Capricorns like to give their lives form, goals,
and structure, and you want to map out an outline of a plan, but over the
past two years, you've experienced so many twists and turns, partly due to
the eclipses in Cancer and Capricorn, that you aren't sure if a plan is even
possible. It is!
You have had an unusual experience, dear Capricorn. Those eclipses, which
came by from July 2009 to July 2011 every six months, in pairs, are over.
Their job was to test the strength of all parts of your life, including your
own strength, determination, and health, and what is still left standing
now is sturdy and able to go the distance.
All the cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn) have
experienced a series of transitions due to the past two years of eclipses in
Cancer and Capricorn. That would have been enough to keep you busy, but you
also had to also deal with the challenging positions of Saturn, Uranus, and
Pluto. Change is good, but as you are going through it, it can feel
overwhelming. You may have felt like you were on a ship in high seas that
was taking you somewhere, but you weren't exactly sure where you would dock,

the surface at the same time. All new moons open a window of opportunity
lasting two weeks, so as you enter January, you will still be in the process
of reviewing what you might want to aim for this year. You so often put
others' needs first, but this annual new moon in your own sign was coaxing
you to view your life in its largest and most panoramic scope, so that you
could see the pieces that come together to form the whole.
You are coming to know yourself well, and Jupiter, the good fortune planet,
was, and will continue to be, highly supportive. Jupiter is making a once-in
-twelve-year visit to your fifth house of true love, so getting star billing
is your love life. The new moon of last month acted like a trigger point to
the goodies that Jupiter has for you, so in the socializing you enjoyed
during the last week of December, you might have met someone new. If not,
you have a superb chance in January, as well as in weeks and months ahead.
If you are attached, as a result of all that happened over the holidays, you
may feel closer to your partner now, closer than ever before. If you hope
to have a baby, it appears you will have good news in the months to come,
for the stork would like to pay you a visit. It matters not if you plan to
have your baby yourself, will go to a surrogate, or have applied for a baby

be any time now, but late February, early March, late May, and early May

need to find ways to care for your children, say, because one needs special

appear if you continue to look for it.
If your birthday falls within five days of December 24, you were, and will
continue to be, more aware of that new moon's influence. If your birthday
falls far away from December 24, say, in January, you may only notice a mild
influence, if any at all.
Yet all was not easy last month, and you may have noticed that immediately,
for news was both good and bad. While Jupiter, the planet of gifts and luck,
was in perfect harmony with the new moon, Uranus was in an equally
difficult angle, making that new moon very mixed in outlook.
Difficulties from Uranus can be very hard to take, as Uranus brings wildly
disruptive effects, sudden reversals, or even a crisis - whatever Uranus
brings usually has to be attended to immediately. Uranus always brings what
you are not looking at, and what you would never expect. These days Uranus
is in your house of home and family, so that is the area of volatility. You
might have a very difficult time with housing. Or, it may be that you are
having a difficult time with your family, or with your significant other's
family. Or, you may be concerned about the welfare of a parent, who might
not be well and who needs your assistance.
No matter what might have come up late last month, fortunately, this month,
Uranus will be nicely angled to other planets, giving you opportunity to
solve any home or family-related matters that may have come up. Again,
Capricorns who were born in December were more likely to feel the effects of
Uranus.
Those Capricorns born late in their sign, near January 12 to January 20, are
feeling the strenuous effects of Saturn in Libra, pushing you to reinvent
yourself in your profession. Saturn will move on in early October, so you
only have nine months to go. (You have had Saturn in this placement since
October 2009.) The pushing and prodding of the universe on you may feel like
too much to handle, but those planets are helping you achieve a new and
vibrant life. It may be that you are just too close to things now to see the
large mosaic that you are now creating, the story of your new life.
As an aside (before I tell you about the special days that are coming up
this month), it stuck me while I was studying your chart that sometimes a
problem can seem so stubbornly difficult - almost impossible - to solve, but
then, the following month, an opportunity will arise that will suddenly
cause your perspective to shift. You start to see a new way to solve things,
or someone you have come to see will come up with an idea for you that you
had not thought of before, and the problem seems to have a workable solution.
You are in charge of the outcome, for there is no destiny in astrology, only
opportunity and timing. I can help you with both, for I can see when they
will be coming up, but the final answer will fall to you.
The truth is, no matter how impossible a situation happens to be, you
operate in a highly dynamic environment, where a number of elements are
changing like a kaleidoscope and operating on the situation from different
angles. We tend to see problems in a straight line, but life is more like a
chessboard, with changes spinning around us in a 360-degree scenario.
Astrology is wonderful in that way - you get to decide what is best for you,
and you get to choose among your options. Only you know the details of the
situation, the history of your relationships, how you feel, and a million
other subtle nuances that will influence your decisions.
Now let's turn back to your outlook for January and look closer at the
aspects coming up on certain days.
When it comes to home and family matters, the situation is currently in flux
, so it would be best to step back, observe, and hold off on making a major
decision about a residential / other property or family decision until you
can clearly see the road ahead. Mars rules your fourth house, ruling this
part of your life, and will retrograde from January 23 to April 13.
A retrograde planet is weak, and because Mars rules your home situation, you
need to wait until Mars regains its speed to get the best result. I suggest
you wait until April 21, a truly beautiful new moon in Taurus that will
benefit you enormously. Late March will bring progress, but at the time,
from March 12 to April 4, Mercury will be retrograde too, and Mercury rules
all contracts. If you are looking at all these retrogrades and saying to
yourself, 2012 seems to be a minefield of retrograde planets, you would be
right. This will give the year a slow start, but I can only believe that
perhaps the universe is asking us to go slowly to give things a more stable
foundation.
If your situation is pressing, and you cannot wait until the end of April to
address home and family matters, you can act in the first three weeks of
January. That does not give you much time, but I offer this option to you in
case you have been working on this situation for weeks or months in 2011,
and you feel you are ready to finalize a decision.
I like the first three weeks of January because not one planet will be
retrograde, and that is an unusual situation. (I will admit, Mars has
already started to slow down to a crawl, in anticipation of sliding backward
on January 23, but technically, before that date, he will be moving direct.
) You always want to find a time when planets are moving forward, for they
are stronger and much more helpful to you - you get more of their gifts. The
day you finalize your plans is the "birthday" of your endeavor, so in what
we call elective actions, we want to have it the best it can be.
On January 9, you will have a full moon that will crystallize your feelings
about your marriage partner or significant other. This full moon will help
you to see your feelings quite clearly, and could turn out to bring on a
very positive, gratifying episode. (All full moons have a plus or minus four
days of influence, so watch all those days for news.) Because your house of
commitment will be highlighted, it could be an exciting time when you get
engaged or married, or find ways to grow your present serious relationship
into something more.
This full moon of January 9 is one of my favorites - it comes beautifully
oriented toward Mars, another reason I feel you might make a home or family
decision at this time too.
A full moon in the relationship sector, as this one will be, brings feelings
to the surface and even if you had not planned to discuss a certain topic,
the full moon seems to bring it out. I feel duty bound to say that if you
have not been happy, you might break up. Yet I feel this full moon will be
speaking so nicely to other planets that a stressful outcome is very
doubtful, but I cannot see all that is in your chart from where I sit. I
have to allow for this possibility, as remote as this outcome might be.
Keep in mind too that the "partner" you may be thinking about at the time of
the full moon of January 9 (plus or minus four days) might not be a
romantic partner, but rather, a business partner, collaborator, agent, or
manager, for example. That makes a big difference. The seventh house where
this full moon will be is considered a contractual house, where you sign
papers or make a promise to the other person, which is why both business and
romantic relationships fall in the same house.
Let's turn to other special days of the month, for you certainly have many!
January 12 also brings reasons to be excited about outstandingly beneficial
aspects for home-related matters. It is when the Sun and Mars will be in
perfect sync, allowing you to seize on an unexpected opportunity that will
come up suddenly.
You may be working on an international project, or traveling a great deal
these days. Mars may rule your house of home, but it has been visiting your
area of distant travel (ninth house) since November 11. A major trip or tour
(say, if you are a musician) that you were planning to take may need to be
delayed while Mars goes retrograde, January 23 to April 12. Stay flexible.
This same house rules higher education, so again, there could be changes or
delays. If you're applying to different universities, you may change your
mind about which one you would like to attend (maybe you will receive an
invitation to attend a college you never expected to get into!) The ninth
house also covers publishing, broadcasting, learning and growing through
travel, and all these areas are united in one theme, that of taking in
stimulating information and also dispersing it out to others, say, as a
teacher or journalist, for example.
When Mars slides backward for the almost three months I have been listing,
you may alternatively find delays in one of those other areas. Things
certainly will be in flux, but keep in mind that you will benefit from
slowing down because better opportunities may emerge for you in the meantime

看你用什么python包了。纯python包，virtualenv里随便造，但有的依赖system lib，
如果更新就有可能影像其他用户。
如果是这种情况，最简单的有两种选择，用docker或者conda。

那他就不能正式入学，只能不停的上那个英语预科班直到合格为止。
在我听来的事例里，很多这种程度的小留在美国都会很快就学坏。

语言班分数及格了，不需要考托福也能上学。
不过我感觉英语这么差为啥非要来美国读书，美国的学位又没啥用。

对，conda创建的虚拟环境不光是python的，所有依赖都在虚拟环境里。一般在你home
dir下，不会影响其他用。
有些日子没登陆了，不好意思回复晚了

我说的随便造是virtualenv，是纯python的虚拟环境，不是conda。
有兴趣google一下区别
