Not sure if you have a mis-conception or I have a mis-conception of your
problem. But as far as I know, it is not one key for two lock, it is one key
for one lock and the other lock can be opened on both side without key.
The lock requires key have a tongue of a bar. So if the door is open with
tongue stick out, it can't be slam shut (no spring). The other lock is a
wedge like structure with spring. It always stick out and the slope of the
wedge facing the door frame. It can be slam shut.

thanks for answering the question, but it's indeed one key for two locks.
You can check Wal-Mart or Home Depot.
