understand the Consultants role? Will the candidate work with the Consultant
to achieve a positive conclusion? (Score:1-10)
6, Are the Candidates presentation skills in line with his/her
contemporaries? (Score:1-10)
7, Does the Candidate have a sense of urgency about the move? Is the
candidate committed to making a change? (Score:1-10)
8, Does the candidate have excellent relevant knowledge for the
opportunity that they are seeking? Do they understand the marketplace? (

9, Can the Candidates career progression be clearly identified? Is the
candidate ambitious? (Score:1-10)
