Dear Visa Officer,
My wife and I applied for the B-2 visa together twice, in January and
December, 2001, respectively. However, both our applications were
refused for the reason that we might not come back to China. Today I
am here alone to apply for B-2 again. I hope my situation described
below will prove to you that I will not be an intending immigrant:
1. I am a retired high school physics teacher with senior title. I
