North America encourage entrepreneurship which
can be seen from that the super low fee for
register a business. Compare with those asian
counterpart, NA's registration of limited liability
company is pretty easy. Yes, it is good for startuper.
But if you are a established company or a company with
a lot of cash in hand, you should think twice before
you register your company in US or Canada, esp. for
those main business is offshored. First, the tax rates in NA
for business are higher than many c

You suggestion is very useful for us.
However, we cannot open a account in offshore area, such whatever islands.
For asian country, singapore is a gov restricted control country,
in which company regulations are also complicaed and you seldom
avoid any tax without attorney's help under powerful gov.
About tax, i am not very sure whether sg company tax is lower than
that in NA. What i am thinking is another problem that :

You can do business with corp. or people directly without
open a subsidary in canada or us. The only differences
between local one and a foreign one are the foreign one
should pay customs tax and may have less trust than the
local one. Of cause, if you hire people of NA or get loan
from local bankers, you should open a local branch. So
if your company's function is make money of NA people only,
it may be better to reg. it in some place like Virgin Islands
which have no tax on business or individ

I have local accountant to deal with it, but i still need more info
from all kinds channels. Thx for your info again.
I will review my plan.
