Usually ego emerges when we have nothing to do, or when we don't like the
things we are doing. So the best way to solve the problem is: find who you
are,what you want, and really work toward it.
When I was doing my under degree, I played around all day because I don't
like my major. When I began to trace down my mentor to seek a better next
life, I always go astray because I just don't like the quietness. When
I tried to enter the democratic movement, I just got nervous because I
