Ur real problem might be:
1. that you are not happy about ur current life for some reason.
2. You try to hide this with fancy things like "think too much"
Just guessing, not sure, and the ultimate problem is
3. u don't want to face the cause of ur problem and find solution to it.

I would say, it's those way too superficial thinking...
Think deeply if you really want to get something out of your thinking.
