short sale的房子,seller同意了出价,不过给了个counter offer,主要有这么一段:
Buyer understands and is aware that subject property has had water damage
from an upstairs toilette in master bathroom and leaked downstairs.
Insurance Company replaced and repaired all damage and home is in working
good condition. Due to bank having controlled money to pay for work
performed, the Seller does not have any documentation for work, but is
disclosing everything they are able. Buyer reserves right and is encouraged
to perform any and all inspections with a licensed inspector to satisfy
themselves that the home is in good working condition and releases seller
and its agents and brokers from any future liability.
这个是不是主要是seller的免责声明,反正他知道的事实说出来了。
我的担虑是这种被水damage过的房子就算修好了,会不会有后遗症?
因为价格还可以,如果这个water damage不是大问题,就打算从了。
