Exchange ... huhu .. too fat and complicate configuration work.
Argsoft ... too weak webmail
The standard is .... IMail 7 Mail Server !
Features:
.POP3/IMAP/LDAP ...
.Webmail...interface competitive with any webmail systems (yahoo,263...)
.Easy configuration

And there is a chinese patch version for IMail 7.
