you worry too much le.
1) 2 weeks notice is standard, A did nothing wrong to you, so please be
considerate and try to keep good/ok relationship with them;
2) even in some extremely rare cases, A reports to BCIS, by the time BCIS
looks at the case, B's application should be long received and approved;
3) just relax, push B to submit the case earlier if possible, then start to
write some documentation/summary at A for others to pick up your work.
4) have a good talk with your boss and hr.
