请教版上大神纽约州的税表的问题，本人J1博后第一年，需要提交it203和it203-B
1.203表上说的living quarters 是指自己买的房子吗？如果是租的房子还要选择yes吗
？203-B也有这个疑问。
2.203表上的免税收入是0,表上几乎也都是0,但是没有需要填写免税协议条款的地方，
是不需要吗？还是需要填在哪个具体项里面？

Anyone has experience on working freelance programming
jobs? What is the common process? Do you need to form
a business? What kind of business (Inc, LLC, sole
proprietorship) best suits this kind of work?

The key is not the type of business (Inc, LLC, sole proprietorship), the key
is get enough revenue and cash.
Obviously if you have a family, I suggest Inc. or LLC to avoid personal
liability. This also depends on what kind
of customers you serve (if business customers, there may be more legal risk)
