目前J1转H1b，2/22已经approve了，就等着I797
马上家属J2要回国一个半月
假如J2回国马上通过中信续签J2，之后，我收到I797
家属入关的时候持J2visa，但实际身份已经转为H4.这种情况会被海关请去小黑屋吗？
还是，踏踏实实，拿到I797，面签一个H4。主要是怕一个月半月来不及

One of my coworkers is bullying another and it's really bothering me. But I'
m afraid of retaliation if I tell someone. Will reporting harassment hurt my
job?
A: If you make a report in good faith, the Company is not allowed to
penalize you in any way. They can't fire you, reassign you, demote you, or
block you from getting a promotion just because you reported misconduct.
Reporting harassment can not hurt your job.

It depends when your H1B starts. If it starts before she comes back, then
she
cannot apply for J2. visa verse, she cannot apply for H4. Your wife's
status depends on you.

谢谢，今天收到797了，确实起始日期在返程日期之后，可以安心去代签了
