目前所在的组由于政治斗争种种，每况愈下，老板叫我look around.我先去问了组A，
那个总监态度很好，帮我安排了面试，但是他们觉得我可能不能立马胜任，所以没有
move forward.想等等有低一点的职位再找我。我考虑各种现实问题，又去找了组B，那
个经理应该知道我之前找过A，她那里是我的second choice,所以也问我有木有想好，
如果A要我，我会不会走之类。我给了她明确答复，所以她很positive,说要和我老板说
。结果昨天我问她，给我回复说看到一个好的简历，要等一段时间先看看那个。但是他
已经和我老板说了，这是卖的哪门子药啊？大家帮着分析分析吧。

Frankly, I think both teams have rejected you in a nice way. Give B a last
chance but in the mean time start looking for C now.

A好理解，B她既然要据我，何必去问我老板呢？这里面试哪个环节出错了啊，我甚至觉
得会不会是我老板那里设了什么障碍。如果是这样的话，内部没法换了，只能走人了。

在现在这个组确实活很少，不过这个大家都理解的，不是个人能力问题。这个B要怎么
争取呢，她说一个月左右make decision.在这期间，我能做些什么呢，在她那，当然下
家要找的。

如果确实是老板不放人的话，（因为虽然他嘴上跟我说过要look around，但是我真的
走了，他几乎就是光杆司令了，所以为他自己利益考虑，他应该是不想放人的）我要怎
么做才行呢，要不要和他主动谈？

There's no point talking to your current boss. Your future is not his
priority. If the whole team is going to be cut, he's probably looking for
position himself now. If there's still chance for the team to survive, he's
going to try to keep you(in which case, he probably discouraged B from
hiring you). Since he already told you to look around, the chance of cutting
the whole team is pretty high.
Either way, he won't spend a lot of time helping you to find another
position. In the end, you have to look for your own best interest. Get
another offer first, within or outside of your company, if your family
depends on your salary. If you don't worry too much about job security, i.e.
your LD makes a big portion of your family income, then stay round to see
how it develops. Some luck guy I know get three months package and found new
position in two weeks.

目前那个B给我的说法是等一个月，会不会是我老板跟她说要用一个月收尾或者看看情
况之类的。如果是这样，B在单纯等时间，我也可以。不过就怕到时候B把我回掉，因为
毕竟她也不想跟我老板搞僵。这种情况下，我可以进一步跟B试探一下吗？我目前的状
况是，出去找也行，但是不是首选。留下是首选。

Of course you can try to follow up with B, she won't get mad unless you ask
3 times everyday. Follow up in a week and show your determination to stay (
tell her A is not a good fit anymore). But again, don't put too much hope
into it.

what is your performance review history? is it top or bottom?
You has no privacy in the internal transfer and managers knows your
performance review.
If you can't impress other managers, you are out.

没有老板会叫自己心爱的嫡系到其他地方看看有没有很好的职位，除非是他要被开了。
你在另外两个组也没戏。还是准备广种薄收吧。
