五月被擂，找工没进展，急!
现有一问题。一月份曾找过一个，也给offer了，但因工资只加了2k，俺本来就lowball
特底，当时心想公司大概还可以维持一阵子，于是counter back时，要求加13k，否则
不换工作，对方说是问了总管再相告，结果到现在也没告, 没联系。估计早就没戏了。
那现在，如果再回去厚脸问一把，仍然对贵处感兴趣，有无奴隶给当，不再高要求，给
多少都行，那会啥结果呢，纠结的很，知道本版高手多，真诚来请教。谢谢！

You definitely should check with the hiring manager if the offer is still
available. It is all at will to decline or accept the offer, same for the
manager. If the position has not been filled yet, you have big chance to get
it.
But please do not negotiate any more, just take it as is, I do not believe
the manager will reduce the offer as long as he is still interested in your
skills.

No need to say anything about your current situation, unless you are asked.
Usually. Hiring manager will not ask for this, again he just wants to know
if you are a good fit. However, some company may take advantage of this but
this is short sighted.
If asked why you changed your mind, you can say that you focus on the long
term goal to foster your career and you find this position is in line with
you career goal and you look forward to working with the manger.
Bottom line, you will not lose anything to check the availability.
Again, go boldly.

多年前我在国内大学毕业，同时收到一外企和国企的OFFER。选了国企。干了3个月，跟
顶头上司各种撕逼，实在不想待了。于是回头给外企的HR联系问还有没有空缺，还要
不要我。结果HR立马和HM联系后说你来吧。于是就跳了过去。在那干了几年直到出国。
工作后HM也就是顶头上司（老外）曾经对我说搞不清楚我当时在搞啥名堂，不过既然职
位是空的而且他们之前也已经通过了对我的考核（发了OFFER),所以也没有啥理由不让
我来，等等。
所以你完全可以去问问，又不会损失啥。
