Dear tax professionals,
Who met 1099-MISC efile requirement of IRS FIRE system?
I have a couple of questions--
1. once form 4199 application of E-file is filed with IRS, do I still have
option of paper file if I don't have >=250 1099s to issue?
2. If I want to do a testing E-File with IRS, should I file E-file
application first and register at FIRE system?
My problem is I like E-file if data transmission is smooth, but if data
transmission is failed during the test, I want to switch back to pa
