我觉得找对recruiter真的很重要。 我以前和几个有名的recuiter联系过。大概人家是
门槛高,对我这种工作经历不超过5年的根本不理。
后来遇到最近的这个,我才知道recruiter 还可以这样。他首先给我做个很认真的
interview, 问了很多详细的问题。然后建议我认真考虑几个将来招人公司会问的问题
。最后还说愿意免费给我做mock interview,改简历,提供公司的insight等等。
所以大家在找工作中一定要睁大眼睛好好挑挑 recuiter.

As for interview tips, if you have over 5 years of experience, it should be
a piece of cake to kill any interviews if the job is right for you. What
you can learn from a good recruiter is more inside information about the job
other than what's in the job description, about the hiring manager
background and personality, and the department structure. Good recruiter is
also a key for salary negotiation, you can leave all that to him/her.

The lesson I learned: do your own homework and invest in time to learn about
the potential employer as much you can.
I once got an offer from a reputable recruiter in the area and everything
seemed so easy for both me and the firm: it only took a few days from the
initial interview with the recruiter to getting the offer. I relied on the
information provided by the recruiter too much and accepted the offer too
hastily. After I started working, I realized that the culture was not a good
fit for me and not at all what the recruiter told me. Wasted several months
of my life at the place....still learned a thing or two but overall not
happy...
Just a cautious tale so you don't repeat my mistake.
