叔叔在国内得了尿毒症在做血透析。病人对透析身体各个方面反应都很大，生存质量很
差，去医院做血透都很困难。医生不让改成腹透析，但也没有说为什么。请问现在有没
有哪里可买到小型家用或便携式的血透机？需要专业人员定期上门做透析吗？

刚才打电话，北京现在12月开放到14号，然后1月开放了4号以后的
上周打电话还开放到12月17呢，这几天15-17就约满了，不知道以后还会不会开放圣诞
节附近的时间
想问大家，一般签证几天能拿到？说是两到三个工作日，如果我1月4号签证的，7号一
定能拿到么？

We have two open positions, one tax and one technical accountant.
For the tax position, if you are really good on international tax and have
about 6 years experience, please send me a message.
For technical accountant, if you have 3 - 6 year experiences and have good
skills on SQL, please send me a message.50% of this job is to maintain and
implement system. So good computer skill is very important.
We are one of major high frequency trading companies in downtown NY. You do
not need to worry about compensation. If you can get an offer, it will be
very very very difficult for you to reject it.

血透只能在医院或透析中心做，没法在家里做
腹透也必须在医生指导和监督下进行，否则很危险，生命危险！
如果这个医生不建议患者腹透但又说不出原因的话，且血透又让患者非常难受，最直接
的解决方法是换一个医生或换一家医院

我觉得一般第一次是不会成功的，他们要赚你电话卡的钱
或者签证日期是随机发放的，有时能约上，有时不能

今天打了两次，都说23号可以1.4可以，但是我想约27的。。。。

leadership in working effectively as part of a team while possessing a hands
-on approach and strong attention to detail. The role will focus on
international tax advice and planning, and tax compliance and reporting.
This candidate will report directly to the Head of Tax.
I believe the working hour is pretty good. I did not see tax person stay too
late. The compensation should be open. If they like you, they will give you
a reasonable raise. The good things for our company are that the company
pays all your insurance including your family and we pay bonus by quarterly
basis. Also, we have private chef to cook breakfast and lunch for us for
free. So you do not need to bring money on your wallet!!!
