本科生、研究生都可以报，但是一般要这个学校有精算program才行，
美国几千所大学里就那么几十所哦！

只有几所学校给报销,只有考过才给报...

oh, the university thing? yeah, I got reimbursed for that, but that's only
limited amount though. I thought you were referring to tax credit......never
mind

they are reimbursed by an actuarial fund here. but this fund does not apply
to
graduate students:(

that's not the case. Some math department also has such reimbursement policy
but they do not support the graduate students.

本来报销的学校就少得很，只报本科生的那就更特别了，哪个学校？
你应该这样感慨：哇，我们学校的研究生太惨了，好不容易找到个提供exam fee
reimbursement的学校，还不cover我们研究生，呜呜......
呵呵！just kidding!

我们学校本科研究生只要考过了都给报! :）
