探亲父母是山东胶东人，憨厚，朴实，身体健康。他们都是63岁。他们是B1/B2签证来
到美国看我的，已经来过美国三次，期间他们在纽约州的两位大学老师家做家庭保姆，
带小孩，男孩、女孩都带过。他们工作过的家庭给他们的评价都很高。他们准备最近再
来美国，也就是说这是他们第四次来美国。
我妈妈以前是幼儿园的民办老师，很喜欢孩子。懂得孩子的心理，把我姐姐的孩子带大
到上小学，很有带孩子的经验。我父亲是钳工出身，家里所有的东西，无论维修还是新
装，都很在行。
我父母很友好，很有耐心。他们生活干净利落，很勤劳，我们住的公寓的楼梯全部
都是我爸爸和我自愿给大家打扫。他们来我们这后，做了很多的擀面杖和面板（因为我
们这木头多），都分发给了我们的邻居。
他们能够从事除开车和购物以外的一切家庭工作，打算在纽约和新泽西附近找份工作。
可能我父母要住到您的家里。

I received 8000 credit for purchasing a house. In the letter, it said that
because of this credit, my tax base was adjusted to another $12. There is
also $200+ interest for this $7988 credit.
questions:
(1) AFAIK, the 8000 credit will not change any of my tax bracket/other tax
credit etc. So where the $12 charge comes from?
(2) The interest rate from IRS seems so high (>15%).
(3) I think I need to pay tax on this $200 something. Is that right?
