对于绝大多数的人来说,上网最需要的就是稳定。

国内的医院,一般没有medical record,检查结果都直接给病人了。
这面的一般是医生留着,以前在别的医院request一些结果,医生就
直接寄了。
最近在某医学院作检查,这个医学院有名但在黑人区,我有些
检查想自己留一些纪录,结果去要的时候,才发现这个医院很黑,
当时要根本不给,必须go through medical record department.
但medical record department是要收钱的。
我知道medical record 收钱是合理的,问题是这个医院在检查
的时候要检查结果不给。不知道在美国检查完直接和医生到底要这些结果
是不是正当的。Are patients entitled to get all the exam results
for free after the exam?

I don't think any doctor will make you to go through medical records so that
they can make money. It is either they don't know medical records charge money or
there is specific hospital regulation. I would recommend you discuss with your
doctor directly next time, and specifically say it is not free if I go through
medical records.

一字头,二字头,和三字头,价格大概是90到120一包。硬壳要便宜点,具体多少不太

就像买手机,你需要的首要功能是通话质量,然后是短信,然后才是摄像头。
对于网络,重要的是reliability,不是参数,不是标准。802.11n的覆盖范围是100米
,请问有多少支持n的router达到这个数字的?
你知道当年用的56k的网络(实际上v。90是53k)还在么?为什么这么多fancy的ip横行

availability,也就是不需要断线,backup就是为了不断线,你见过电话不通断线么?
因为电话网络的CO,有3种以上的应急方式。
我现在说的不是last mile method。还有一个概念,用电话网络是不需要接猫的,猫的

你怎么一直在说车轮话,我跟你讲的是做backup无可厚非。但并不是因为它可靠。
首先,需要点对点通信的,也只有这个固话网络是真正的点对点。没有其它任何的连接
方式
是点对点的。
再有,既然是备份,那就得区别于主要的通讯方式。比如主通讯方式是光纤,那备份就
得是别的,比如是pstn。
用别的方式备份的多了去了,比如卫星,比如微波。
