你的4s是hspa+的，速度当然比 3G的强，我这是和其他3G比的。。。

我的4s有一个诡异的现象，测速的时候download很快，大概有4多，可是upload只有0.2
。。。
。。。

这东西和终端的关系不大吧？
难道不是主要取决于基站的空闲程度？
