刚开始谈，只要告诉agent大概的信用分数就可以了，决定做的时候再给SSN，省的人家
去pull你的credit report，pull的多了，影响信用成绩。是买房吧？主要比rate和银
行收费。当然，如果pull出来的信用成绩，比自己说的低，是会影响最终拿到的rate的

how many years do you want? what's your loan amount? The rate is away high
if your credit score is over 740 for 30 yr rate. If your loan amount is over
200K, 30 yr rate is 4.0%( credit>740), 15 yr rate is 3.625% for 20% down
payment.

if your credit score is over 740 for 30 yr rate. If your loan amount is over
200K, 30 yr rate is 4.0%( credit>740), 15 yr rate is 3.625% for 20% down

如果是很老的那种plan 月费不会变的
“比较新”的plan或者买手机新开的plan，拿了discoutnted phone的和买全价机的基
本费用不一样

是30年的贷款吧？其实你只需要比较两个东西：利率和Cost。
