你应该是part year resident，之前non-resident的收入不用交税。

you will get another update 2-3 days later after the second update (with
ADIT and 60days)
you should get the card within 1 week after you get the message they order
the new card.
you will get the notice with regular envelop and the card (green color)
within Priority envelop (red color).
