刚刚弄了个卡拉ok系统，mixer用的是板上推荐的 Vocopro DA1000 pro，遇见了个问题。
电脑播放视频有声音从speaker出来，但是没有mic声音。
有人遇见过类似情况吗？求指教。

按instruction里的办法, 结果第18行和第19行不一样, 第19行比第10行多。最后算下
来全年收入, 扣去5000 treaty, standard deductions, exemptions, 以及8863第19行
的credit,最后一分钱的税都不用交了,这正常么...没小孩

请教前辈：
用cre和loxp的老鼠得到最终的KO mice之后，是不是可以用产生的其他double
heterozygotes （A-cre;Bflox/+ X A-cre;Bflox/+)来交配产生KO mice？就不用
follow原来的breeding strategy了吧？

今天到朋友家试了一下，发现麦克风1/4inch的接头是mono的就正常，换成stereo jack
的就没声音。这是什么情况？是mixer的质量问题吗？

This is normal. You can't use stereo mic or mic with stereo jack.

Yes, 3/16 will be cKO, but some of them (1/3) have two cre alleles, and some
of them (2/3) have only one.

The best strategy is cross Cre; fl/fl mice with fl/fl mice. then you will
get almost half-half.

A-CRE在生殖细胞表达么？
如果是，B基因的缺失会不会影响生育？

read this paper before you go to next step.
CRE may go to germline and your cell type specificity may be lost .

是不是 A gene不在生殖细胞表达，就不会出现此文章中的情况了？
算了下原来的breeding strategy，得到cKO的几率是3/8,如果用double heterozygotes
会降到3/16。

i am using actin-CreER line so that i don't need to think about the germline
issue. Just be careful and try. Good luck.

and never cross the mice both have the cre allel, because then you cannot
distinguish the homo and hetero of
the cre line.

well, u'd better establish that Cre doesn't pose toxicity in your system
first...it seems trivial but I think many
studies in the literature could be resulted from Cre-phenotype:)))...I
personally prefer Cre/Cre F/+ versa F/+
breeding...that way u can everything...and u could unexpectedly notice hez
phenotype too...And I see I might
kill a MS if they don't show this cre control esp when the phenotype is
subtle and cell death related...
