joint file, one H1b in the entire 2013, the other used OPT until Oct.2013.
How can we claim the $5,000 treaty? Add both W-2 forms and put the number in
line 7, 1040 and then subtract 5,000 in line 21 with a 8833 form attached?

学生成绩好，导师牛，英语过关，海外导师同意接受信。
前面三项在学生自己的造化，问题主要出现在海外接受信上。顶尖学校不缺人，陶瓷的
多，一般每人给你费那神写接受信。聪敏点的孩子就找一般学校的华人教授陶瓷，学生
拿到接受信后自己申请，拿到了国家奖学金。这时候他们就开始和顶尖学校学校的教授
陶瓷了，俺多么多么优秀，拿到了国家奖学金（当然隐去了那奖学金的条件）， 。。
。，人家一看着孩子不错有不花钱，就接受了。拿着它拿下了签证，有点道德心的孩子
还是念着前面写接受信得主，说一声对不起，由于。。。原因俺去不了了。大多数早把
你忘了，你要是真的等人家来，那就等泥牛海龟吧。楼上说得对，别骗得多了就无所谓
了。

如果再便宜一点，拿来做Netflix player还可以，适合不支持streaming的电视。至于
花钱租片的功能，就歇歇吧。

It has 10/100M ether port. Not just wifi. Wifi is still not reliable in
streaming.
The iphone app plus the apple tv make a good network music/radio player, in
par with the logitech squeezebox.
The video capacity is far behind wdtv etc. due to its close nature.
And 电脑 in the living room is so out.

N年前还有media PC的概念，现在已经不需要了。在过几年电视自己支持wireless
connection就行了，啥都可以streaming加云计算。

Of course it has something to do with aesthetics.
The set top box should be the smaller the better.
Imagine a desktop computer next to your TV.
Since you can stream videos and contents from your computer, it is not a big
problem. If would be better if Apple TV can stream from a harddrive
connected to Airport Extreme.

it is very easy for TVs to add their own streaming function.
I am sure Sony and Samsung are all trying to do this.
Apple may just need to release their own TV if they want to stay in Living
Room business. Therefore the Apple TV is currently still a hobby. May be
good for getting into the market first.

我的意思就是“所有电视”都支持。现在还不够多，而且智能型还不如这种google tv
apple tv（可能可以靠“云”）。

不能从外置硬盘里直接播放阿，那我还不能买它。 暂时还得用laptop继续顶一段时间

0.9 x 3.9 x 3.9 = 13.689
WD TV Live
1.57 x 3.94 x 4.94 = 30.558
How is it much smaller when it is actually more than 100% larger in size?
I am not a spec priority guy. But even your specs are wrong.

They are not trying to do too many things at first, which is a classical
Apple approach. It may require several iterations before reaching its
potential. Besides the big issue of content and TV distribution
powers (cable networks etc, just like ATT/Verizon in phone business),
there are technical issues with remote input device.
Here Apple has the big advantage because iPod Touch, iPhones
and iPads combined are ubiquitous. For example, if they open
airplay protocol to third-party Apps on iOS,
