You are too young, indeed.
You should have thought about this outcome when you share your project with
somebody. You should have thought over very carefully how to arrange the
authorship with them as how to assign the work load. Also, you should have
made it very clear to the collaborators (either labmates or outsiders) what
authorship will be in the future, of course, the whole thing is openly
determined in front of the boss or by the boss.
Keep in mind, one more thing, in order to maintain a good relationship with
other people who collaborate with you. Respect them and tell them that they
will be one of the authors even if they fail to produce the data you ask for
(especially they spend a lot of time, and it is a technical challenge any
way).
