实际上已经离美超过两年了，当时也没申请返美证，知道回来肯定有问题。 这次回来
处理些事务准备就放弃绿卡了。 但是入关是会不会不让进，应该准备些什么？ 多谢多

离美超过两年绿卡已经失效了。 用绿卡回来会被当场注销遣返。
最保险的是去美国领事馆申请签证。
If you remain outside of the United States for more than 2 years, any
reentry permit granted before your departure from the United States will
have expired. In this case, it is advisable to consider applying for a
returning resident visa (SB-1) at the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate. An
SB-1 applicant will be required to establish eligibility for an immigrant
visa and will need a medical exam.

2. 入境官没有能力“当场注销遣返”。只有移民法庭的移民法官有这样的能力。入境
官只能要求你自愿签文件放弃绿卡。你可以拒绝。他最多能做的是，开始遣返程序，给
你一个上移民法庭的日期；上庭之前一般会让你进入美国。这个“遣返程序”就是等于
移民官的决定的上述；如果移民法官觉得你没有放弃居住，他就会取消遣返程序，让你
继续留在美国。

离米两年，没有入境官会让你入境的
米驻华大使馆网页上也是说 "will require a new immigrant visa"
而且要说明是 "extreme circumstances beyond your control" 才会颁发移民签证
A permanent resident (called lawful permanent resident or LPR) or

longer than one year, or beyond the validity period of a Re-entry Permit,
will require a new immigrant visa (SB-1) to enter the United States and
resume permanent residence. SB-1 applicants must contact the Immigrant Visa
Unit, U.S. Consulate Guangzhou via email inquiry form at https://china.
usembassy-china.org.cn/visas/immigrant-visas/contact-us/immigrant-visa-unit-
question/ to schedule an initial appointment at the U.S. Consulate General
Guangzhou to determine eligibility, and, if found qualified, will be asked
to appear for a second interview.
You must have evidence in both interviews that extreme circumstances beyond
