年初因为一点小事和老板争执，后来发现是我的失误，因此就有一个处分。我后来研
究了一下，这个处分还不低，如果以后再有点什么就是suspension，（调查）decision
to leave，（option to quit）, fire.
这个处分会背一年，一年后就取消了。
但是我本来就准备年中辞职的。这下子不知道该怎么办了。
如果我年中辞职（今年是不会找工作的，还在上学，明年毕业再找工作），这个处分
没有消掉，对以后找工作有影响吗？

you should know whether it is sent out for review in a week or about 10 days
. Then reviews comments will come back in about 3 weeks.

Pls use common sense.
Everything u do with your employer is your privacy. Your employer
isnotallowed to disclose to your fututure one legally!
Don't think too much! Do what u want to do

你也可以去glass door 上给你们公司一个处分，
让他们以后招不到人。

We got rejected in two days after submission, directly by editor.

哈哈，LZ是认真来问的，何苦这样刁难人家。国内有个档案制度，学校里受个处分要记
入档案，工作单位上受个处分也要记入档案，有点类似美国这边的criminal record，
LZ有点怕怕也是正常的。

After sent out for 3 weeks we got to know that the paper had sent out for
review and after two months,we got the rejection letter.

没事儿。
居然你有失误就warning。一般warning都是性质恶劣的，比如嘴巴不干净、举止轻浮、
违法保密等等的。你怎么对你老板了，还吃了warning。

是不是那家傻逼老中公司，
要是我直接一泡屎糊他脸上。

别误导别人，你在公司里的工作是公司的privacy，不是你的，但公司一般不会
disclose，怕你抓住disclosure里的wording告它。
公司一般在给reference的时候只会mention你的corporate title， salary，以及离职
的原因，其中原因也只限于是主动离职，还是layoff ( part of general work
force reduction, 还是fire。
所以你只要是主动离职的，你原来的公司一般不会多说坏话的
