为了characterize一个药物A对细胞的毒性，treatment之后用PEannexinV/7-AAD染cell
death
因为是第一次用这个药物，在准备flow样品之前，显微镜下观察细胞很happy，没有任
何要死或已经死了的迹象。对于这个cell line，PEannexinV/7-AAD Assay的voltage及
compensation都是原来调好的，并且这次实验的positive control和negative control
也很好。可一上flow惊讶地发现经药物A处理过的细胞齐刷刷地飞进了UR double
positve象限。
我之所以怀疑这样的实验结果是因为，首先细胞镜下看没什么异常；FSC/SSC也很正常
，不像是一堆死亡细胞
这是一个很常用的assay，请问版上前辈，该怎么理解这样的结果，多谢

Annexin V is the marker for early apoptosis. You may not see any change in
morphology in microscopy.
