sonication的设置被人改过没注意到，在dilution buffer（也就是immune
precipitation 反应的buffer）里取了一部分跑电泳，发现genomic带很清晰，smear分
子量都很大，并且很黯淡，这种情况下能在dilution buffer里紧急大功率补sonicate
一下么？非常感谢！！！！
