那在美国是不是买有网的那种才可以?
Ipad3高清后是不是比ipad2要重了一点?有必要买高清版吗?

永远也不可能代替的。iPS细胞明显实用一些。但ES细胞毕竟是真正的胚胎干细胞,也
不会像iPS一像有各种epigenetic memory之类。iPS和ES都离临床太遥远。未分化细胞
的致瘤性总是个大问题。转分化倒是挺有希望

well, it might happen to be a right one...thinking about those disease model
using human cells...BTW, what's ES and what's the usage? anyone remind me:)
))...the same questions with iPS?...hype or hope?

For iPS, you might get a cell line from the patient with or without known
mutation, and differentiate it into the disease-related tissue.
Then play with it and call it the disease model. The significance is you
might be able to set up hundreds of lines based on iPS techniques.

Sure, I am with you...I was just reminding onco of those...but still both ES
and iPS for cure are hype, agree? But I am not underestimating the value
of iPS in research etc...It is huge and Shinya definitely deserves Nobel...

Not in the near future. People now find iPS is really not like ES. Some find
it can turn into cancer.
I think many things need to be sorted out in the next few years.

This is a dream in near future and it really takes a lot, A LOT...maybe some
simpler organs, say joints, or liver?

因为刚开始做啊。可以做drug screen啊,比mouse model强多了吧

even if they were the same, there are still tons of problems.The in vitro
differentiation is actually not reliable. A lot of variations,people only
report the good but hide the bad.

Sure...nothing is perfect..., Could you let me know what would be a better
alternative when studying the majority of human diseases? ...wish we could
go back to Nazi time, do you?
