请问大家,我的BOA debit卡在超市买东西时候cash back,会收手续费吗?
还有Saving account 和 Checking account相互转帐要收手续费吗?
如果是从我的Saving account 或者 Checking account 转到别人的BOA帐户,要收手续
费吗?
都是一系列手续费的问题,希望大家指教!

buy a kit and read the manual, the library making procedure should be pretty
straightforward.
For e.g.
http://www.illumina.com/products/chip-seq_dna_sample_prep_kit.i
After you feel comfortable making chipseq library, you can figure out ways
of using homemade reagents instead of commercial ones, to save money.
BTW, you want to measure the DNA concentration using PicoGreen (or similar
stuff) but not Nanodrop. I made such a mistake before -_-!

I don't know if there are other versions of Nanodrop.
For the ones I've used before, the reading could be like 20ng/ul. Yet the
reading from PicoGreen was less than 1ng/ul. For chip-seq library, I
remember 10ng is enough.
Nanodrop could be not that accurate below 100ng/ul. If you trust the
Nanodrop reading, you could start with very low amount of DNA therefore fail
the library making.

取决于你是不是自己做library了。如果送到facility做,那么应该和chip-pcr没啥
区别

一般做histone的都能拿到很多DNA,nanodrop没啥问题。做TF的,
可能拿到的很少,nanodrop确实太不准

有3次也有6次的,跟账户类型、余额之类的有关

泥马利息这么低你折腾saving 账户干啥, 支票账户直接干了就是了.

20ng/ul一下就不太行了,10以下的就没法看了。
不过一般可以去做个bioanalyzer看片段大小啥的,这个也可以估一下浓度
