US News排出100名开外，但Wiki说他连续好几年NIH获得的funding第一。建校倒是挺早

搞笑了不是 这学校怎么可能nih funding排名第一？我刚wiki了一下，说的是他家排名
上升速度第一啊，他家全部医学院的经费可能连harvard medical school的十分之一都
没有。。

基本延续rose版主这一届的制版方针。
希望大家多多发言。几个版务发大部分帖子这种情况一是要投入大量精力时间，长期看
不是很sustainable；二是帖子内容会因为版务的个人兴趣而局限在某些方面（比如我
个人喜欢推运）。所以你喜欢什么，有什么想法，评论，就贴出来。哪怕提个问题，也
很可能是个好题目。
另外还有一个版务空缺，请自荐或推荐：）

You can buy the mix at hardware store, you also need to rent the blower, it
is a big mess when you do it, so cover everything first.
If you need texture for your ceiling, knock down texture is much better.

谢谢，再问个修洞的问题，在网上查了一下，好像有两个方案：(1)先贴一张self-
adhesive aluminum mesh patch, 然后上joint compound (2)比较麻烦，用plaster
board补一块上去，事先要在里面固定一根木条。
我偏向于（1），但是就是因为是popcorn ceiling, 表面不光滑，不知道aluminm mesh
patch 沾的住么？这个洞大小是 6in x 6 in 不到点。

Method 2 is better. Unless you paint over the entire ceiling or very large
area, you will see the patch (it is much newer than the rest of the ceiling
I assume)
You can paint over the pop corn ceiling, just use a extra long nap roller.

No, I am saying the new pop corn is not going to be exact same as your old
pop corn, you can easily see the difference (unless you are very good and
use the exact material)
